At URBITAA, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. As many of our products are handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.
To be eligible for any return, replacement, refund, or damage claim, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video must clearly show:
No return, replacement, refund, or cancellation request related to damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Returns will only be considered if:
All approved returns must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after verification and approval of the claim.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
URBITAA reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, replacement, or cancellation request after reviewing the submitted evidence.
The decision of URBITAA regarding any claim shall be final.
